The following is an index of filenames in my segue directory on Vegemite. The list is organized by directory and possibly semi -alphabetically, along with a brief description of their contents. Your best bet is to simply use the find command in your web browser to get to the filename you want. If you want to browse a directory, just run a find on the filepath from the seque folder. for instance, if you wanted to get to my M13 directory, simply find "/segue/m13", and for the jj folder in the M13 directory, find " /segue/m13/jj".

*NOTE*: with the amount of files that will be listed here, I would bet good money that at least one of them has false or misleading information, so make sure anything I say here sounds plausible. If you cannot find a file in the proper directory heading, but it is in another directory, it should mean they are the same file and I did not wish to be redundant. ALSO, be VERY careful that when you search for a file you are in the directory you want, since a consequence of my transporting my programs from one directory to another is the same filenames repeated. You have been warned.

/segue:

clemfieldthin: Just the decimal RA and Dec from the ugriz_new.lib file, also found in this directory.

gflag.csv: Sloan data acquired from a MySQL query of the CAS database online. There are five of these files, uflag, gflag, rflag, iflag, and zflag.csv. They all are similar, except that each file only contains stars that do not have a flag in that filter, i.e gflag.csv only contains stars from the query that were not flagged in the g filter.

goodspectraout: one output from my spectraplot.pro program. This contains the good spectra.

badspectraout: another output from spectraplot.pro. badspectraout contains the bad spectra, the mismatches and the grassy ones.

gpgmed: The xy position of medians for ugriz'-ugriz transforms. There are five *med files, upu, gpg, rpr, ipi, and zpz. Each are for the different transform. They are created by the SM macro pt25.

iflag.csv: see gflag.csv.

indices.in: an output of the indices.pro routine, and an input for the dof_segue.f program. It contains basic information about the star, and a pointer to where the star's full spectra is written out.

ipimed: see gpgmed.

M13_SDSS.fnl: Not 100% sure, but I think it's Clem's reduction of the Sloan data for M13. It probably should be in the M13 folder.

matchcomparator: I believe this is an early version of Clem's M13 ugriz' data, that I first started using for my matching programs, until I go the version with sep cuts on it.

matchlist: original list of Kyle's proper motion M13 stars.

nonvarMvsPT.dat: Original set of ugriz and ugriz' data we got from Zeljko for the PT and SDSS. Has no errors and the ugriz' (PT) is actually already transformed into ugriz.

nonvarMvsPTerr.dat: Same as nonvarMvsPT.dat, except with errors.

nonvarMvsPTerr2.dat: Same as nonvarMvsPTerr.dat, except without the header.

out: A Clem M13 dataset, probably used in my earliest experimental FORTRAN programs. Don't use this, there's ~10 better Clem files lying around my filesystem.

output: Looks like the output of a matching program I wrote, probably matching Kyle's data to something, judging by the amount of data. Don't use this either.

result.csv: One of my earlier CAS MySQL queries, before I caught on how to rename the files before it downloads them. I wouldn't use this one, as I no longer remember what flags I used for it.

resulttest: Not really sure what this is, but it's definitely the output of a program that wasn't working correctly. So, um, don't use this.

rflag.csv: see gflag.csv.

rprmed: see gpgmed.

rprmedtuck: should be the same as gpgmed, save for a tucker dataset.

siriustest: One of the earliest files in here, it's the position of Sirius in RA and Dec to see if i could get my matching programs to match it.

sm.in: A whole load of SM macros. Most are useful in a very narrow application, some are just bad.

spectro.sm: an SM macro that does something with spectra, possibly converting the fits files they're in. Not really sure, I don't know if I've ever used it.

Stripe82Patches.dat: a lot of stars from stripe 82. I believe these are in ugriz and not ugriz'.

Stripe82PatchesUSNO.dat: Another file of stripe 82 stars. This one's from the USNO, so it should be ugriz'.

stripeout: A combination of the above two stripe 82 files. I believe this file has extra matches, due to one of the files being of multiple observations.

uflag.csv: see gflag.csv.

ugriz_new.lib: Tucker's first set of USNO standard star ugriz' photometry.

upumed: see gpgmed.

USNO1mFieldsInStripe82.dat: Tucker's second USNO ugriz' photometry set.

USNOall: A simple combination of USNO1mFieldsInStripe82.dat and ugriz_new.lib into one file.

USNOcheckerout: an averaged version of USNOall, since USNOall contained many observations of some stars that needed to be averaged out.

writetest: a dump file; When i didnt want to store medians in any file (see gpgmed) i'd tell my macro to put them here, so I wouldn't have to worry about overwriting important files.

zeljkocascombined: A combination of Zeljko's nonvarMvsPTerr.dat file with all of the cas data (see gflag.csv) into one file. Made intelligently (no overmatches) by zeljkocascombine.f.

zeljkoconverted: original output of iterconvert.f, which iteratively back-transformed zeljko's PT data to ugriz'. This output is superseeded by zeljkoconvertedgr, zeljkoconvertediz, etc. Also see zeljkoconverted.key.

zeljkoconverted.key: column key to all zeljkoconverted* files.

zeljkoconvertedbad: if iterconvert.f couldnt converge on a transform in 1000 tries, it gave up and printed the line out here.

zeljkoconvertedgr: basically zeljkoconverted, except it only needed g and r to not be flagged as bad values.

zeljkoconvertediz: see zeljkoconvertedgr.

zeljkoconvertedri: see zeljkoconvertedgr.

zeljkoconvertedug: see zeljkoconvertedgr.

zeljkomatchgr: combined ugriz' from USNOcheckerout and ugriz from zeljkocascombined, if there were no problems with g,r,g',or r'.

zeljkomatchiz: see zeljkomatchgr.

zeljkomatchri : see zeljkomatchgr.

zeljkomatchug: see zeljkomatchgr.

zeljkotuckerout: combination of Tucker's ugriz' data (USNOcheckerout) with Zeljko's ugriz (nonvarMvsPTerr.dat).

zeljkoUSNOout: combination of zeljkoconverted and Stripe82PatchesUSNO.dat.

zelsorted: this appears to be nonvarMvsPTerr.dat, but sorted on r'.

zflag.csv: see gflag.csv.

zpzmed: see gpgmed.
