Though this paper does not directly address MOND, its results are qualitatively
compatible: lensing mass aligned with the spiral disk and a very flattened
apparent mass distribution. Just what flattening one would infer for a
Newtonian interpretation of a MONDian phenomenon depends rather sensitively
on the specifics of a system and how it is observed (see
Milgrom (2001) [120]).
That the disk apparently has a higher M*/L than the bulge might also
be expected since bulges tend to be in the Newtonian regime, but disks
in the modified regime where their apparent mass will get a boost.
